How do you decide on how many hours of cleaning my home needs?

Whilst we appreciate you will have a time in mind, we quote each home on an individual basis.

We are professional cleaners who need enough time to give the results we promise.

Why do we need to supply our own mop and bucket?

We do not cross contaminate between homes. We will supply clean cloths for each home and launder them, mops and bucket must be supplied by the customer along with vacuum cleaners.

We carry a vacuum cleaner on board in case yours does not work for any reason for emergency use and it will be sanitised beforehand.

How does the pricing work for a team of three cleaners?

Three cleaners give 3 hours of cleaning per hour.

If a team of three take 2 hours, you will be charged for 6 hours of cleaning and so on.

Will the cleaners be wearing PPE?

If you are at home when we are cleaning, yes we will wear masks during that time.

Similarly, we will wear masks when we work in the same room together and travel in the car.

Will I get the same people each week?

Yes, wherever possible you will.

On occasions we have to rotate people due to holidays and sickness but there will normally always be somebody who knows your home.

Are our keys safe with you?

Joanne holds the keys, they are coded for her to know which is for each home.

They will not have the address on and are locked away in a safe space

How do we know we can trust your staff?

Our Cleaners are all DBS checked, come with references and experience.

On top of this Joanne will accompany them through their probation period with Perfect Home Cleaning.

What cleaning products do you use?

We use non-toxic products, where possible and our most used is ‘Method’. We love Method Products because in addition to being more environmentally friendly, they smell so fantastic too.

I have real wooden floors, what will you use?

We assess homes before and write up a cleaning schedule this will also give you details of what products we use.

For real wood, we will team this with a quality real wood cleaning solution.

I have Granite/Marble Worktops, what will you use?

We will clean all specialised surfaces with the appropriate cleaning solution and we can go over it with you when you show Joanne around your home.

What about my cat/dog during cleaning?

If they are happy to have us in their home, we are happy to have them.

Joanne will have been to your home before the cleaning comes and can make friends with cats and dogs as necessary.

Does it matter if I am home during the cleaning?

We minimise our noise but we will need to vacuum and get around your home efficiently.

The beauty of a team of three is that we will be quicker than one cleaner!
